With over ten years of experience in the social work field, I have grown my ability to provide authentic and genuine care. Deeply believing that we are all capable of creating the life we are worthy and deserving of, regardless of our past or ongoing symptoms that don't seem to let up.
Specializing in Somatic Trauma Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) allows me to really focus in on specific events and symptoms in your daily life that cause you the most trouble! Guiding you towards relief, however that may look for you.
